Shivani Talwar, MD is an attending physician and the Simulation Fellow in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency training at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. In her current role, Dr. Talwar designs and facilitates engaging simulation curricula to enhance clinical decision-making, teamwork, and procedural skills among medical students, residents, and interprofessional teams. Beyond simulation, Dr. Talwar has academic interests in point-of-care ultrasound, medical education, and physician wellness. In her free time, you can find Dr. Talwar at game nights with her friends and family, cheering on any Philly sports teams, or traveling to her next bucket list destination!
