Katherine Raczek, MD, FAAEM, FACEP, FAEMS is currently an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at UT Health San Antonio, Texas. She completed her medical training at FIU HWCOM in Miami, Florida, followed by her residency training at TTUHSC El Paso, Texas. She then went on to complete her EMS fellowship at UT Health San Antonio in 2019, and has been faculty there since. Dr. Raczek is also the EMS Medical Director for the Bexar County ESD#2 Fire Department, an Associate EMS Medical Director for the San Antonio Fire Department, and the EMS Medical Director for several other fire departments and law enforcement agencies in the greater San Antonio region. She is double boarded in Emergency Medicine and EMS, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine, the American College of Emergency Physicians, and the Academy of Emergency Medical Services.
