Dr. Min is a Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson and is in the process of becoming a certified executive coach. She was previously the Associate Program Director of the EM residency program and has been a core faculty member for 18 years. She is past Chair of the AAEM Wellness Committee and member of the Scientific Assembly Program Planning Committee. She served as the Associate Dean of Career Development in the College of Medicine - Tucson for 7 years and is currently the Co-Director of the School of Health Professions within the University of Arizona College of Public Health. Her passions include medical education, career and leadership development, and mentorship and coaching to find professional fulfillment.
