Heather Posillico, DO FAAEM is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at NYU Langone Long Island. She graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training in Pennsylvania at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. She is passionate about educating medical students and residents, taking particular pride in mentoring trainees. Outside of the hospital, she finds her greatest fulfillment in raising her two daughters, who know her most important job is being their mom. In addition, she enjoys gardening, traveling to sunny locations and cooking for family/friends.
