Lauren Lamparter, M.D., is an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Irvine. She was born and raised in Southern California, attended Westmont College, and graduated from Loyola’s Stritch School of Medicine. Dr. Lamparter has pursued leadership roles within Emergency Medicine since early in medical school through AAEM/RSA, and was awarded AAEM's Resident of the Year. She currently serves on the AAEM Scientific Assembly Planning Committee. Her passions include mentorship, medical education, and pulmonary and OBGYN emergencies. Outside of the ED she enjoys biking, reading, and enjoying the California weather.
