H. Keahi Mookini Horowitz is a graduate of the John A. Burns School of Medicine, Stony Brook University Emergency Medicine Residency, and the Medical Toxicology Fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) with the Oregon Poison Center who currently lives and works in Portland, Oregon pursuing a career in both Emergency Medicine and Toxicology. Among his broad-based interests in medical toxicology, he is particularly curious about the effects of pharmaceuticals on human physiology as well as the history of medicine and medicines seen through a toxicologic lens.
