Dr Andrew Phillips is a former junior high teacher turned emergency physician and intensivist. His research focuses on health professions education, especially survey methods quality improvement. He is also the editor-in-chief and founder of EM Coach (www.EMCoach.org), an artificial intelligence-driven emergency medicine written board review program. He currently serves as the chief quality officer for DHR Health in addition to overseeing the ECMO program and his regularly scheduled clinical shifts.
