Lulu Wang, MD is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician at MedStar Health and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine. She is the Director of Telehealth Education for MedStar Health and Fellowship Director for the MedStar Digital Health and Innovation Fellowship. She teaches courses on telehealth at both graduate and undergraduate medical education levels.
Her areas of expertise include: digital health, innovation in emergency medicine, digital literacy, and telehealth patient experience.
She received her undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her medical degree from Vanderbilt University. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency at the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency at Mass General Brigham and her Telehealth Fellowship training at MedStar Health.
She is the past chair of the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine Telehealth Interest Group and serves on the Association of American Medical Colleges Telehealth Advisory Committee. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.
