Kaitlin Parks is a Core Faculty member and the Research Director at Norman Regional Health System, where she combines her passion for emergency medicine with a dynamic, learner-centered teaching philosophy. With a background in dance and EMS instruction, she brings creativity to medical education through simulation, gamification, and storytelling. As Research Director, she fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and mentors residents through every stage of scholarly work.
