Melissa Myers is an Associate Professor of Military and Emergency Medicine at the Uniformed Services University, where she is the Director for the Pre-Clerkship Ultrasound Curriculum as well as faculty for the military medicine and ethics courses. She previously served as the Ultrasound Fellowship Director at Brooke Army Medical Center from 2021-2026. She earned her medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center, followed by a Fellowship in Emergency Ultrasound at the San Antonio Military Medical Center. She completed a Master's in Bioethics from Creighton University in 2025. She lives in Maryland with her husband and four children, and enjoys embroidery and Crossfit in her time off.
