This event provides an innovative, fast-paced, and informal platform for medical students to connect with residents from diverse emergency medicine programs across the country. Modeled after a “speed dating” format, students will rotate through short, structured conversations with residents, allowing them to ask questions, compare experiences, and gain authentic insight into program culture, training environment, and life as an EM resident. The goal is not to replace traditional program fairs, but to complement them; creating a relaxed, high-energy atmosphere where students can build connections, demystify the residency experience, and gather perspectives that will guide their future applications.
