Early pregnancy loss (EPL) is a prevalent clinical concern, with initial medical attention frequently sought in the emergency department due to limited access to obstetrics and gynecology clinics. In many cases, expectant management remains the predominant approach for EPL in this setting. This presentation provides a brief overview of available treatment modalities, with a particular emphasis on medication-based management strategies for EPL initiated in the emergency department..
